Supermarket tour

Next week Wednesday 22/11, I'm hosting a supermarket tour in the Albert Heyn from 20-21.30pm.

This is for you if you feel lost in the supermarket because everything is so complicated these days, if you want to make some changes to your diet but you don't know where to start, want to learn some alternatives for the things you usually buy, get some tips on how to eat healthy in a way that doesn't take too much time.
